Welcome to the first issue of our newsletter. It
has been an exciting year – full of travel and new watch ideas
for me – and full of growth for The Croton Watch Company. From
Switzerland to Italy, Bangkok to Israel and beyond, I have
been scouring the international runways and markets, looking
for new trends and the finest fabrics, metals and materials to
use in our watches.
If you are new to The Croton Watch
Company, we welcome you and look forward to telling you more
about our company and our new product lines. If you are a
loyal customer, we thank you for your continued patronage. And
to all – I would like to take this opportunity to personally
thank you for getting to know us! As always, my door remains
open to you. |

Summer
may be gone, but here at Croton our creative “juices” are
flowing and the fun is about to begin. November is bringing so
many wonderful watches that I had a hard time choosing which
to review for you. I know we are entering that glistening time
of year, so I think we will start with a Sparkling
Explosion…
...Of diamonds that is. Croton is the diamond
lovers’ watch company and we have a new “amour” to be
adored. Our sophisticated and unique looking lady’s
watch has diamonds arranged in a honey comb pattern with
genuine mother of pearl inserts on the dial protected by a sapphire
crystal.
|
 |
 |
Diamonds continue around the bezel, on the
lugs and down the link bracelet for a total diamond
weight of over one carat and make this beauty with a
Swiss movement a must for your wrist. Available in
Stainless, gold and rose tone
finish. | |

So
much love, so much beauty, so much time. We
create something special with each new sparkling lady’s
watch.
 |
Set with a double row of diamonds, the
curved tonneau case surrounds the sapphire crystal
covered genuine mother of pearl and diamond
encrusted dial. Ten diamonds mark the time and a
tonneau shaped sub-dial ticks off the seconds.
Diamonds continue down the bracelet links which
will grace your wrist with classic, yet
extraordinary style.
|
 |
 |
The total diamond weight is 1.28 carats.
This gorgeous solid stainless steel watch has a
Swiss movement and deployant butterfly clasp and
is also available in gold and rose tone
finish. | |

Don’t worry men, we haven’t forgotten
you. Black and white or white and
black? Its all diamonds in the new release from
Croton’s Super C series…the Super C – Zebra! Striking
and unusual describes the look of this great
watch. The Super C- Zebra Limited
Edition’s dial boasts 11 circular rows of diamonds (six
white and five black) for a total diamond weight of
approximately 2.50 carats. At the 12 o’clock
position we have the day, and the date can be viewed by
the 3. The luminous hour, minute and second hands
sweep around this field of jewels protected by a
sapphire crystal and encircled by the unidirectional
ratchet bezel. |
A 48mm 316L stainless steel case with screw
down lock crown houses the Swiss ETA 2834 automatic
movement which is water resistant to 30 ATM (1,000
FT). The integrated and tapered stainless steel
bracelet has sleek black rubber inserts down the center,
a Super C original feature, and securely closes with a
safety diver’s clasp. Super C- Zebra – A standout
amongst the herd!! |

The
fall season brings us trees of many colors, and Croton
has done the same with our new stainless steel and wood
Swiss Automatic: A striking and elegant
timepiece.
 |
A Sapphire crystal reveals the beauty of
the inlaid wood dial with luminous hands, applied
markers and an offset date at the 4 o’clock
position. The case presents an exhibition back,
screw down lock crown and is water resistant to 20
ATM (600FT).
|
 |
 |
It is obvious that the stainless steel
bracelet is in beautiful crisp contrast to the
genuine oak wood inserts running down the center
links, ending with a double deployant clasp. This
vibrant sporty and dressy watch is available with
dark brown, mahogany or light oak wood,
|
| and like all Croton watches, is covered by
our limited lifetime warranty.

Thank You for reading the first issue of
our newsletter, THE CROTON CHRONICLE. We look forward to
bringing you good news, great watches and useful (or at
least fun) information!
This has been such an
exciting year for us in every way. First, is our new
design team. Young and energetic, this group of
technically experienced and artistically adept talent
will be taking us in new and exciting directions. In
addition to the special and unique watches we are
showcasing this fall, we are bringing back our vintage
collection. With a little time travel to the late 1800’s
and early twentieth century, we are carefully choosing
our favorite Croton’s and updating the look while
keeping the feel for a re-introduction of some fabulous
timepieces. Croton is surely The Watch To
Watch.
The second most exciting venture has been
our website. It was hard work, but we finally went
online at the beginning of the year and I must say
thanks to all of you for the support, good wishes, and
interesting comments! I will try my best to keep the
website fresh and special so that you have an enjoyable
experience navigating through all we bring to
you.
Please remember that your feedback is
important to us, so drop me a line with any questions or
comments and I promise to respond. Croton is proud of
our extended family, and that means YOU!
Well,
that’s it for now and until the next edition of the
Croton Chronicle. |
