Our watchmakers were out of the office the month of November due to a family emergency.
This has backed us up on all repairs. We are trying our best to catch up on all
services.
We are still short staffed and we are making every effort to get to your repair
in a timely manner. Rest assured your watch is being repaired with the quality that
you have come to expect from us.
If you have sent your watch using our web portal, you will receive an email once
your watch has been repaired and shipped out to you. If you have not sent your watch
using our web portal, you may call our office at 800-443-7639 to obtain your Web ID Number.
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
