If you will like to send your watch for service please enclose a check or money order made out to Croton Watches; in the amount of $19.95 - which covers shipping/ handling only.
We also ask that you write a note with all your contact information such as name, address, phone number, email and a reason for your repair.
When sending your watch we recommend that you keep the tracking number as reference.
The approximate turnaround time is 8-12 weeks. You will only be contacted if there is any additional cost.
